Menu Plan: 7 Day Low Carb Sample Menu

What exactly can you eat on a low carb diet? Do you have a menu sample?

You can actually eat a lot of different stuff on the low carb diet. It’s not so much of a diet and more so a way of life.  Once you start eating this way, you should just continue for the remainder of your life.  It is after all the proper way to eat! A low carb, high protein & good fats, No Sugar, Grains, Starches. 

Even Dr. Nowzarden will tell you that’s that proper way to eat! He is such an awesome little fella! He is teaching doctors around our country about the diet and how to treat people over 600 lbs.  Awesomeness! 

So, let’s get down to the menu and what’s involved.

Good rules to live by when living low carb:

  • Always keep your Net Carbs below 20 grams
  • Heavy cream (HWC) 2 tbsp a day
  • Cheese 4 oz per day
  • Butter, Yes, Butter is Everything! LOLOLOL Kidding 🙂 but, yes, butter.
  • Eggs, oh yes, eat eggs! 
  • Eat meats including beef, pork, poultry with fatty skins
  • Olive oil, coconut oil, avocado oil, etc. (no vegetable, canola oils)
  • No Grains, No Starches, No Sugars
