Mushroom Beef n Swiss!
So for dinner tonight I didn’t write down each ingredient’s and their quantities, but I can tell what I used in the meal. I made my food according to taste and how we liked it. I took about 17 ounces of beef and cooked it down and drained the grease. I added 4 huge baby bella mushrooms I sliced thin with mandolin as well as one whole small onion, kitchen bouquet, worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder and about 1/4 cup of water.
I also grated the entire 7 ounce block of Kerrygold’s Sweet and Nutty Swiss Cheese. Once the Mushrooms and Onions cooked down I covered the entire top with all of the cheese.
This did make approximately 6 normal sized servings. But my husband ate half the pan, I had a quarter of it and put the rest in the fridge for tomorrow.
I am loving this Swiss Cheese and it was one delicious cheese, I never liked the Swiss Cheese we get from the deli. This stuff is amazing!
My dinner was simple I only eat the meat, mushrooms, onions and cheese for dinner, hubby had a salad too.
One of my favorite things about their cheese is it says 0 carbs! So the only part of my meal tonight that had any carbs in it was the mushrooms, onions and seasonings! This was so delicious and I didn’t feel like I missed a thing with it! This was just absolutely delicious! Almost like a cheat! LOL Yes it was that good!
You should try this, it’s not hard to season and come up with your own flavors and then Eat it!
