Orange Cream Puff’s Ice Cream!
Some people call these clouds, I just call them ice cream! lol That’s what they remind me of and they turned out yummy!
Ingredients:
1.5 cups Land o Lakes Heavy Whipping Cream
1 Package orange sugar free jello (or any flavor you like)
Directions:
pour cream into mixer and start to mix, once it’s bubbly and starting to change it’s thickness start to sprinkle in the jello while it’s mixing on a lower speed. Whatever you do, don’t breath while doing this lol, seriously just turn your head away. I then turned it on high and beat the crap out of the two ingredients and then plopped it in my mini silicone muffin pan. I had extra and put them into 3 more normal size silicone muffin cups. Then to the freezer for a few hours. Now one of the big cups were like two of the smaller cups so I will count as 22 servings made! but 3 of them were doubled making it only 19.
I ate one of the normal size muffins before it went in the freezer. YUM!
