Daily Food Journal!
So tonight was one of them nights the need, omg it was horrible. I needed something sweet, most of you have seen my other blog which I made all kinds of yummy treats and sometimes it just really hits me. So I had to do it, but it wasn’t that horrible. I did go over my 20 carb max today but only by 6 net carbs. It says 29 but there is fiber listed so you subtract the fiber from the carbs and you get your net carb amount. I wouldn’t have if I didn’t make this delicious smoothie! Holy crap on a cracker I’m so not kidding, it was so good I recorded making it and a video is soon to come! Yes I cheated, but I only took sugar from the strawberries which wasn’t too much considering that was all. Plus the extra carbs so I’m not mad at myself I quenched a thirst, I fixed a craving. I been feeling it for a few days and well I deserved it! 🙂 I been soo good and will keep up being good! I sure hope it don’t effect me in a bad way I would be sad for sure! But I’ll live and just keep on going right! Okay so with that said I”m going to bed! Night Night!
