First Day Starting LCHF!
Well today is the beginning of a change for our family, but mostly myself. I weighed in today as a whopping 330.6 pounds! EEEEK!! I don’t know how I really got here, well I do! I am working on a new lifestyle change and I’m eating all my food differently. I won’t lie I love to eat, but food is my enemy! How can I love something that is so bad for me. Well it’s more like an addiction, I think. I have been overweight since I was probably 13 or 14 years old. I’m now 40 and I’m not getting any younger either……
So with that being said I began on June 23rd 2014. I had my husband pick up some beef, chicken, heavy whipping cream, sugar free jello and pudding, cream cheese, eggs, spinach and a few other things.
