Steak & Bacon Stuffed Omelette!
So this morning I kept it simple! I had a delicious meat and cheese stuffed omelette!
- 2 eggs beaten
- 2 slices bacon
- 1/2 new york strip steak
- 3 slices kraft deli deluxe cheese
- pinch of pepper, salt, onion powder and garlic powder
Start by cutting the bacon up and cooking it, once it’s cooked place it on a paper towel and heat sliced steak till warmed up and put on paper towel with bacon.
Next remove all of the liquid from your pan or start with a new pan for the omelette. I just used the same pan for my omelette and I beat my eggs and poured it into the pan and cover let cook on medium-low till it’s done on both sides. Place cheese on the egg and pour the filling (bacon & steak) into the egg and fold over. Turn it off and cover for 3 to 4 minutes or until cheese is melty.
