OLYMPUS DIGITAL CAMERA

So I have been thinking a lot lately about what I can do with some of these protein powders. Bread was one of the first things I was thinking about, I miss bread!  I got some Designer Whey Natural Premium Protein Powder, see the photo below for my exact can! I ordered it on Amazon!

Okay so You want my recipe? 🙂

Ingredients:

1/2 c Designer Whey Natural Plain Protein Powder
1/3 c parmesan cheese(from the plastic can lol)
2 tsp baking powder (optionally, optional, I think)
1/2 c softened cream cheese
1/4 c butter (I haven’t done it with the butter, yet! But the bread was very dry, choke you kind of dry LOL)
3 eggs
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper

Directions:

Start by either lubin’ up your loaf pan or you can line it with non stick foil and save on any mess!  Preheat oven to 300 degrees.  Cooking Time 50 minutes or till golden brown like in my photos and shiny like an egg wash was brushed on it.  Sliced into 24 thin slices!

So first put your cream cheese in the mixer and start mixing and in the meantime, OLYMPUS DIGITAL CAMERA

put all dry ingredients in a small bowl and whisk till combined, set aside.

Once cream cheese is all creamed up add one egg at a time until combined, repeating until eggs are gone.

I mixed about an extra minute on high before adding the dry ingredients.

Combine the dry into the wet using a lower speed, then crank it up for about a minute to medium-high.  Let mix.

I already had a medium loaf pan lined with non stick foil, pour in the batter and bake for 50 minutes at 300 degrees.

Remove from oven, slice while warm then let cool!
