Bacon Wrapped Meatloaf with “Faux” Egg Noodles & Butter!

Ingredients:

15 oz Ground Beef 27/73
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1 egg
2 tbsp AlternaSweets LC Ketchup
1 oz chopped onion
1/2 cup Monterrey and Colby jack
1.5 tbsp Parmesan & Romano
1/2 pack of bacon

Directions:

Preheat oven to 375 degrees and prep a small pan with non stick foil (less mess).  I used a square 8×8 pan.

Put meat and all ingredients but the cheeses in a bowl. Put the cheeses in the food processor and pulse until crumbly. So I have one rubber glove and I used it to mush and mix the ingredients into the beef. Then add the cheeses and continue to mix using your hand or hands. You can go with no gloves and use both hands, but I was doing many things lol

Once you have two small meat loaves nicely shaped and ready for your pan. I simply took a half a pack of bacon and wrapped the beef nice and tight with bacon. I completely wrapped tops, bottoms and the ends! I baked for 40 minutes on 375, turned it up to 450 for 10 minutes I didn’t see the color change on the bacon I wanted. I turned on the broil for like 5 minutes! PERFECTION! At least in my eyes lol

Just the meat loaf is is roughly 5 carbs. It really depends on the brand of products you use. So if you have something with more carbs or less carbs the recipe would be different than what I have listed.

Makes 2 Meat loaves, 1 Per Serving:
Just the Meat loaf!
Calories 788, Carbs 7, Fat 65, Protien 49, Sodium 1,165

Below is meatloaf and noodles together!
Calories 1018, Carbs 9, Fat 84, Protien 63, Sodium 1400

The “Faux” Egg Noodle Recipe is a single serving recipe so if you are going to serve the noodles to two people, you should make the recipe each time for each person eating it. YOU CANNOT double the recipe it won’t work! I tried, trust me it wont work!  This recipe is precise and perfect the way it is for these “Faux” Egg Noodles!

Thanks and Enjoy!!
