Daily LCHF Food Journal!

Week 2 of LCHF :) Day 3

Amazingly I only took in 6 carbs and 0 sugars! Woohoo! I am getting used to this and let me say it’s not hard at all! I’m not hungry everyday and what I eat is keeping me happy.  I am feeling pretty good!  I am eager for my monthly to go away so the little bloating and water weight I have right at moment goes away so I can see how much I actually lost!   I also drank a lot of water today as I have everyday since I started!

I had a delicious breakfast this morning made up of 2 eggs, 1 tbsp heavy cream, 1 tbsp water and a pinch of salt for my scrambled eggs and sprinkled some cheese on it, we had bacon too!  My son had a single piece of toast with his breakfast as well.  My husband and son both had Pizza from a restaurant and I stood proud saying nope! None for me, Thanks! I’ll make my own low carb pizza which I did.  Here are a couple photos of my meals.

I’m also not feeling very hungry and when I am I’m not eating a whole lot!  Every plate I put my food on is a saucer just a small plate.  So these aren’t full size plates you’re seeing, well the paper plate is lol.

WOW! All that for only 850 calories?! Amazing. I’m on a food portioning diet for the last couple of month, 1200 calories for 5 days.

Awe! I am so happy for you and keep it up. It is so nice to hear that it works for you well and that you are enjoying it. Because it is important to also enjoy it while you go through your journey to a healthy you. I love to eat using the small plate and a fork. Because with a small plate, it makes me think that I am eating a big meal, but not really. And with fork, I don’t rush eating. 🙂 Keep it up!

It’s very nice that you monitor your sugar and carbo intake. Way to go!
