I have been on board with LCHF strict since January 1st and it’s been a blessing! I have lost a total of 25 lbs for the month of January 2019. I plan on trying my hardest to lose 20 lbs a month for an additional 10 months. That’ll help me drop 225 lbs including January’s loss!
I’m super happy to be back in control again! Today they went and got fast food. I made a pizza bowl and it was super tasty.
For the most part this past month I have had eggs, beef, bacon, cheese, chicken leg quarters, sausage, pork belly, and pizza bowls.
I also had hot tea with cream when I needed something sweet, as well as crepes. I forgot I made crepes twice. The crepes are low carb, they’re the ones I made and posted a recipe for.
