There is nothing I love more than meat and cheese! Philly Steak n Cheese and I can still have it without the bread! So, I’ll eat it in a bowl and enjoy it just the same! I love my provolone cheese too! It’s so good and makes the dish.
It’s super easy and you can make it in one pan! That always makes life easier when you have fewer dishes, right? lol YES!
So, let’s get to this recipe!
- 1.5 lbs Ground Chuck
- 1/2 c beef broth
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 c onions and peppers (mixed frozen bag from Walmart)
- 1/2 c mushrooms, chopped
- 1/2 tbsp onion powder (or to your liking.)
- 1/2 tbsp garlic powder (or to your liking.)
- 1/2 tbsp pepper (or to your liking.)
- 1/2 tbsp salt (or to your liking.)
- 7 or 8 slices provolone cheese
-
This is super easy, brown up your ground beef, and drain the grease. Then add the broth, Worcestershire sauce, seasonings, peppers, onions, and mushrooms.
-
Let it cook until the veggies are cooked and softened up.
-
Add cheese on top, cover, and cook for a few minutes until it’s all melty and dish it out! Now if you like you can put it on a low carb shell or something, but it’s great in a bowl! I love it!
