Well, I’m trying to come up with simple recipes for fat bombs and/or desserts. Because sometimes, I just need something. Especially, when it’s time for that visit from Aunt Flow! LOL You know what I mean? Anyway, who doesn’t love Maple and Bacon! So, I turned them into Ice cream! YUM!
Maple Bacon Ice Cream
- 1/4 c heavy whipping cream
- 1/4 c half n half
- 1.5 tbsp swerve confectioners (Or sweetener of your choice)
- 2 drops liquid sucralose
- 1 tsp maple extract
- 1 piece bacon (cooked & chopped)
-
Start by adding all of the ingredients except the bacon into a freezer-safe cup with a lid.
-
Shake it thoroughly until all ingredients are combined.
-
Taste test and make sure it’s to your liking, then put in the freezer for 2 hours and then go shake it up again.
-
After hour 3 it was a bit thicker and I stirred it up. I added the bacon and stirred it again.
-
Put back in the freezer and let it freeze till almost frozen. I couldn’t wait and I had mine before it was solid! Amazing!
