I had some avocado’s in there that were ripe and kinda beyond ready for use. So, I thought what can I do with these avocados? Then it came to me, dessert. I have seen so many pudding recipes for avocados, I thought what about an Ice cream? YUM! So without further ado let me share this amazing recipe with you!
What do you need to make this delicious recipe?
Chocolate Avocado Fudge Pops
- 1/4 c heavy whipping cream
- 1 avocado
- 2 tbsp swerve confectioners (or sweetener of your choice)
- 2 drops liquid sucralose
- 1 tbsp bakers cocoa powder (I used toll house this time. I had to shop at DG.)
- 1 tsp vanilla (optional)

Start by mashing the avocado in a bowl.

Add the heavy whipping cream and mix it in thoroughly.

Add remaining ingredients and mix well.

Put into two popsicle dishes and freeze overnight or several hours until solid.

Makes two servings.
