I always loved the Shake n Bake BBQ Glaze, but it’s just not worthy of our diet. I racked my brain how I could get even a remotely close flavor to the BBQ Glaze. So, I decided to mix up some flavors! Oh, Ya! ๐
This turned out pretty dang good! It’s not 100% BBQ Glaze, but it’s just as good!
Here’s the Recipe:
Low Carb Shake n Bake #BBQStyle
A yummy version of a low carb shake n bake! I love chicken and sometimes breaded chicken is better! ๐ Keep it LCHF, Baby!
- 1 tsp Chili Powder
- 1/2 tsp Smoked Hot Paprika
- 1 tsp Pepper
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Red Pepper Flakes
- 1 c Finely Ground Almond Flour
- 1 c Golden Flake Sweet Heat BBQ Pork Rinds (Ground up)
- 16 Chicken Legs
-
Mix all of the ingredients, but the chicken in a bowl. Heat oven to 375 degrees.
Coat chicken legs using a bag or a bowl, I used a bowl. Place on baking dish and then bake for 20 minutes and flip them over, bake another 25 to 35 minutes.
Serve with your favorite low carb sides!
In my video, you’ll see I made only eight legs, but I made too much Shake n Bake. This recipe can be halved for eight legs or you can make 16 legs! ๐ Thanks! Enjoy!
