Low Carb Cheesecake #LCHF
Delicious low carb cheesecake.
Batter:
- 2 bricks cream cheese
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 1/4 c swerve
- 10 drops liquid sucralose
- 2 eggs
Crust:
- 1 c almond flour
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 2 tbsp swerve
- 4 tbsp butter, melted
Crust:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Put almond flour, swerve, and cinnamon in a bowl and mix it well.
Add Butter and mix well, until it’s formable or pressable.
Press into a 9 or 10-inch springform pan
Bake for 5 minutes only.
Let rest while you make the batter

Whip cream cheese until nice and creamy.
Add swerve, vanilla, liquid sucralose, and eggs.
Whip until creamy.
Pour batter onto the pie crust.
Bake for 20 minutes
Let cool for 4 hours up to overnight.
Serve like it is or you can add some fresh berries.
