“Faux” Maple Cookies!
This is a super simple recipe!
Ingredients:
- 4 eggs, separated
- 1/8 tsp distilled white vinegar
- 1 & 1/2 tsp maple extract separated
- liquid sucralose (0 carb)
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 300 and prep pans with either silicone baking mats or non stick reynold’s wrap! This makes over 100 of these little babies!
- Put egg whites & vinegar in mixing bowl with whisk attachment. Start mixing
- Add 1 tsp maple extract & a squeeze of your favorite 0 carb sweetener
- Keep mixing until stiff and almost dry!
- Mix egg yolks with 1/2 tsp maple extract and sweetener.
- Once yolks are mixed add entire bowl to the whites and fold until well combined.
- Put in piping bag and pip out small cookie shapes on your silicone baking mat or non stick foil.
- Bake for 15 minutes @ 300 degrees.
These turned out pretty darn good and as you seen in video I didn’t make all of these, but it would probably make well over 100 little fake cookies.
