Chocolate Peanut Butter Bread Cake!
Ingredients:
- 3 eggs, separated whites from yolks
- 3 ounce cream cheese(whipped)
- 2 tbsp FineNaturals Cacao Powder
- 4 tbsp Smuckers Natural Peanut Butter, Creamy
- 8-16 drops of NuSweet Liquid Sucralose (sweeten to your liking)
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 c heavy cream
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325 degrees and prepare loaf pan, I use nonstick foil in it.
Start by beating the egg whites till stiff and almost dry. While those are beating put yolks, cream cheese and sweetener in a bowl, once all mixed and smooth add the peanut butter, mix that in. Add the cream stir it in then add the cocoa powder and baking powder and mix well. This part of batter will be kinda thick!
Fold the chocolate mixture into the whipped egg whites until well combined and then pour in a prepared pan and bake for 40 minutes at 325 degrees! Put a toothpick in and out to see if nothing comes out on the toothpick if no batter comes out it’s done! if batter comes back on the toothpick cook a lil longer.

The cocoa powder in this recipe is less than a carb per 1 tbsp serving! If you’re looking for some LC Baking cocoa or for smoothies/coffee this is it! It’s delicious! I would recommend you heading over to amazon and ordering yourself a bag of FineNaturals Cacao Powder! You won’t be disappointed!
