Best Freaking Pizza Ever and It’s Low Carb!
Ingredients:
Crust
3 eggs
3 cups shredded mozzarella
1 tsp basil
1 tsp garlic
1/2 tsp oregano
Toppings
Pepperoni
Cheese
1/4 cup sauce
Directions:
Preheat oven 450 degrees and spray the pan you’re using with pam.
Put eggs in a bowl add garlic and basil stir. Add cheese and mix thoroughly spread on a pam sprayed pan. Spread it out very thing, but make sure it’s a complete layer of cheese, like mine. I sprinkled a little oregano on top of the crust. Then bake for 12 minutes roughly, the edges will get dark.
Set oven to broil.
Remove from oven and add your toppings put back in the oven around 4 minutes or so till cheese is melted and bubbly!
This pizza is so good! The crust was a big surprise and wow, Amazing!
