Crack Slaw!
So this was new and different and I have to make it again. I will be trying it different too! I will share whatever I do to it!
Ingredients:
- 1 lb ground beef
- 3 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 14 oz shredded cabbage
- 2 chopped green onion
- salt, pepper, onion powder and lil more garlic powder
Sauce Ingredients:
- 2 drops liquid sucralose
- 1/2 tsp ginger
- 1 tsp white wine vinegar or vinegar
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp sriracha
Directions:
Start by browning your ground beef to small crumbles and then drain grease.
Season to taste with above mentioned seasonings.
I had a whole cabbage so I cut it and put in food processor till nice and chopped/shredded. I heated the sesame oil and added the green onion and cabbage. I cooked until pretty tender and I also didn’t add enough cabbage in mine, although it was good, I just struggled cutting that damn thing.
While your cabbage was cooking I hope you took advantage of making the sauce, because you should do that while cabbage cooks so you’re ready to add it once that cabbage is cooked to desired tenderness. Mix sauce well well the cabbage should darken up pretty much the color of the cooked beef. Then stir in the cooked beef and serve! This shit is Amazing!
My husband kept saying he felt like an egg roll, so I took some cheddar, just a thin, thin layer in a non stick pan and cook till bubbly and you could pick it up in one piece. Then I added some of this Crack Slaw in the middle, like if you were making a burrito. Then fold ends up and roll it the best you can and as tight as you can!
There’s your stinking Eggroll!
I really think this will be a hit in any low carber’s household!
Once I add recipe to Fatsecret.com then I”ll post a nutrition box. Bare with me I”m super tired tonight!
