1 Year LCHF! Guess How Much I Lost???
1 Year #LCHF! Time has flown by! I’m super happy to say I stuck to this for a whole year, I mean I did have my few epic fails. But I’m only human right? We all make mistakes, we learn from them and make more mistakes LMFAO! I have made my share, but through it all I have learned a lot about food, lies, self control, insecurities of others, criticism and much more!
My weight for today was:
I have been harped on about my diet, as if I tell others what to eat. Okay I do get a little pushy with my family, but it’s because I love them! I want them to reap the benefits too! That’s not a bad thing, is it?
Anyways in the meantime I worked at learning new recipes and cooking so I could make almost normal things that doesn’t include grains or anything processed!
Thank you for following me and my journey, I still have a long ways to go, but it’s going! 🙂  Also don’t forget all of the health problems I have had vanish during this journey too! High Blood Pressure Gone! G.E.R.D. Gone! Boils Gone! I can Stand and Walk NOW! People say oh this isn’t healthy, but when you really look at the bigger picture how can eating that boxed stuff that’s manufactured by that company and it has all kinds of chemicals and crap in it be better than going back to the basics? It’s not! I eat real food, sugar free foods and I’m super happy about it.
I wanted to also share a good read on this post it’s called “The odd case of “vitamin cake” deficiency” I highly recommend reading, especially if you’re LCHF like me!

Congrats to you! I really need to get back to my low carb eating style. Lately I find myself grossed out by so much meat so I have been trying to find a plan to battle my PCOS with less meat so low glycemic and watching my sugar has helped me to feel a bit better. Now I just need to battle my pain issues so I can exercise again.

This is awesome! I have been on a weight loss plan for 2 years now and have lost 40-50 lbs (sometimes closer to 50, sometimes closer to 40), but I have just recently started trying to go the low-carb route. Your success is inspiring! I would love to know more…does it affect your blood pressure/cholesterol or anything in a bad way to go high fat/low carb?
