LC BBQ Sauce on Chicken Thighs!
So tonight I decided to make Baked BBQ Chicken Thighs Again! lol Yes, I made the same thing last night too. It was that freaking good! I used AlternaSweets Thick n Tangy Ketchup and their Sweet n Smokey BBQ Sauces in this sauce recipe, so get on over there to AlternaSweets.com and get you some of this! If you’re on induction you will want to make sauce like I do so you can get the least amount of net carbs. So what did I do exactly? Here’s the recipe!
Ingredients:
1 tbsp AlternaSweets Ketchup
1 tbsp AlternaSweets BBQ Sauce
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp yellow mustard
1 tbsp cary’s sugar free pancake syrup
1.5 tsp sriracha (chinese chili sauce)
3/4 tsp garlic powder
1 packet of splenda
1/4 tsp paprika
pinch of each salt, pepper, cayenne
6 chicken thighs with skin
Directions:
Put all ingredients but the chicken in a bowl and mix well. Cover with cling wrap and put in fridge till later use. Meanwhile prepare pan with a rack so the chicken doesn’t sit on the bottom of the pan. Put chicken skin side up on the rack and season with salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder. Bake till almost done I bake about 40 minutes on 350 degrees. Then remove from oven and generously coat using a soft brush like a silicone brush. Bake another 20 minutes till it appears to be dry but its baked beautifully!
