Weekly Weigh In!
So it’s that time again and I’m very happy to announce that I have had a lil bit of a loss this week! Go Me!!! So last week I weighed in at 280.6 lbs! This week I am weighing in at 277.8 lbs! Woot There It Is! 🙂 For a weekly loss of 2.8 lbs and a total weight loss of 52.8 lbs!  For the month of January so far I have lost 5.4 lbs for this month and it’s the 12th! I’m very happy because I know it’s gone and I don’t want to see it back ever! I’m going to keep working hard every week and not over eat anything.  I have been eating slow and until the feeling of hunger is gone! Then stopping!  I wake up drink coffee although today I didn’t, instead I had a piece of leftover Taco Bake I made, sorry I didn’t post a recipe for it.
Tonight will be Boneless Pork Roast wrapped in Bacon! OMG! We shall see how this comes out!
