Delicious Homemade Taco Seasoning!
So tonight we decided on taco stuff, for me it’s a salad without the carb filled chips. So I made cheesy chips! OH Ya!!! 🙂 If you want to make some cheesy chips too, watch this video I can show you how to do it!
Now for the Taco Seasoning Recipe!
Ingredients:
1 tsp salt
1 tsp regular chili powder
1 tsp hot mexican chili powder (this is my favorite)
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp coriander
1/4 tsp NuNaturals No Carbs Blend Stevia
3/4 tsp black pepper
1/8 tsp cayenne
Directions:
Place all ingredients in a small dish and mix them together well. You can also taste this like it is and if you think it needs anything else feel free to add, but remember to count the carbs!
Approximately 7 and a half carbs for whole batch. It makes 10 teaspoons of the taco seasoning.
I used the entire amount in 20 ounces of ground beef to make taco meat. Was delicious!
