Crispy Pepperoni Chips & Cheese Dip!
Ingredients:
1 ounce shredded mozzarella
1 ounce cream cheese
pinch oregano
pinch basil
pinch garlic powder
12 pepperoni
Directions:
Start by tripling paper plates and place 12 pepperoni on it. Nuke for approximately 1 minute. They will start to look different. They should have a crispy textured kinda like the nice crispy fat part of the bacon! Set on paper towel so they aren’t sitting in all that grease.
Next put cheese and cream cheese in a microwave safe dish and nuke for 20 to 30 seconds and stir. If its not melted enough nuke again for a few more seconds. Add seasonings and stir.
I did have use a spoon to scoop it on the pepperoni, but it was good! 🙂 Enjoy!
