Chocolate PB Fat Bomb! YUM!
Ingredients:
4 tbsp butter
2 tbsp coconut oil
1/3 c xylitol
3 tbsp cocoa powder
2 tbsp peanut butter
Directions:
Put butter and oil in sauce pan and let it melt to liquid. Add xylitol and let that dissolve stirring frequently and at low to medium heat, don’t burn it. Once dissolved add cocoa powder and stir till smooth and add peanut butter and stir it in.
Remove from heat and get your mold if you haven’t already. I used a 24 mini muffin silicone mold and 3 extra silicone muffin cups. so 27 total! Once these are set pop them out into a zip lock bag or air tight container. These absolutely must be stored in the freezer or they’ll melt!
