Beef Stroganoff Low Carb Style!
You need to make noodles for this recipe before you start or during the cooking process.
Delicious “Faux” Egg Noodles Recipe! #LCHF (required for recipe)
Ingredients:
4 ounces ground beef
1.5 tsp butter
2 slices of onion
1/2 ounce of baby bella mushrooms
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 tbsp of heavy cream
1 tbsp of sour cream
Directions:
Start by sauteing the mushrooms and onions in butter. Cook until tender and just about done. Add beef and chop up well while cooking it. I turned it up and cooked it on high to burn off some of the beef grease. I added the “Faux” Egg Noodles and then add the cream and sour cream stir lightly until mixed well.

I actually made these today and it took longer than 8 minutes in the oven. After 8 minutes they were still very runny. I did everything as you posted. I had to bake an extra 4 minutes. Could I be doing something wrong?

I don’t know, but my oven was brand new. I haven’t made them in a while. But other people had the same issue needing to cook them longer. Perhaps it’s just different oven temps.

I just found your web site. I am so egg-cited to make this recipe, “Faux” Egg Noodles. I am a pastaholic and there are a million uses for these noodles going thru my mind right now. Have you ever used them for dumplings? I have been missing chicken and dumplings. I just started this Keto WOE. If recipes are this good I might have a good chance with Keto. I just wanted to thank you for sharing your recipes.
