Cheese Cake Mini’s!
I decided to make some little cheese cakes because I needed something tasty and sweet! These were really good and perfect sweetness for us. You may like to add a little more sweetener if you like, but I prefer lightly sweetened.
Ingredients:
1, 8 ounce block of cream cheese (room temp)
3 TBSP Heavy Whipping Cream (HWC)
1 1/4 TSP NuNaturals No Carbs Blend Stevia
5 drops NuNaturals Vanilla NuStevia
2 medium eggs
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees and prep pan I used a cookie sheet and 11 silicone muffin singles.
Put cream cheese in mixer and start mixing, add HWC and keep mixing, add Stevia and Vanilla Stevia. Taste it to make sure you like the level of sweetness and adjust to suite you. Otherwise just keep going and add the eggs mix well.
pour into the muffin singles and bake for 20 minutes or when inserting a tooth pick it comes out clean. I use a metal skewer to test.
Remove from muffin singles and let cool on a rack.
These approximately 1.5 carbs each! Serving size is up to you, this makes exactly 11 Cheese Cake Mini’s!
