Sugar Free Chocolate Fat Bomb!
I made these delicious chocolaty fat bombs! I need to have something sweet sometimes, well at least I trick my brain with sugar free sweet! 🙂 So I make something that is a bit higher in fat, but low carb.  Who doesn’t want some chocolate? I know I do!  I crave it sometimes and considering I haven’t had sugar in like 3 months, I should crave nothing! But I do! So these lil babies do the trick for me.  So if you are diabetic or on a sugar free diet these are perfect to tide you over till the next craving.  I don’t make these often that’s for sure.  Tonight’s recipe turned out much better than the others I made! I love chocolate! I need chocolate and I want chocolate!
Ingredients:
2 TBSP Butter, melted
2 TBSP Cocoa Powder (I used toll house)
1 TSP Nustevia Cocoa Syrup
1/2 TSP Nustevia No Carbs Blend
1 TBSP Coconut Oil
2 TSP Coconut Cream (Optional)
Directions:
Melt butter and add cocoa powder to the butter stir well until completely mixed. Add NuStevia cocoa syrup and NuStevia No Carbs Blend mix well. Add remaining ingredients and mix until completely mixed. Pour into molds and put in freezer for 10 minutes. That’s it! I store them in a ziplock bag in the freezer.
These can probably stay sealed tight in a container or a ziplock bag for a few months. Â I cannot say that they would honestly last that long though.

Do you have any low carb sugar free snacks or candies that are you favorite and are also homemade? I’d love to hear about them and possibly even try them out. Â I’m always looking for new ideas when it comes to making delicious treats for myself and family.
So what’s your favorite snack?
