Cinnamon Oatmeal Cream Cheese Pancakes!

I made some delicious pancakes this morning that had a similar taste as Cinnamon Oatmeal with butter and brown sugar.  Yes I used to eat that delicious garbage! lol It’s garbage to me now!  I do however use this delicious Oat Fiber from NuNaturals and it’s amazing! It adds a wonderful taste to my pancakes!  Something familiar and delicious! SO you want the recipe for this tasty breakfast treat! It really just like a Treat!

Ingredients:
2 Eggs
2 Ounces Cream Cheese
1/2 tsp NuNaturals NuStevia No Carbs Blend
2 drops of NuNaturals Vanilla Stevia
1 tbsp NuNaturals Oat Fiber
1/2 tsp Cinnamon

Put all of the ingredients in a blender and blend, you will need to turn it off and scrape it down with a rubber spatula. The yolks and oat fiber stick to the walls of blender. Blend until well mixed and set aside for 2 minutes or so to let some bubbles go away. While that rests put a teaspoon of butter in pan to get it going.

Once the pan is hot pour in equal size pancakes. I suggest doing this first batch of pancakes slowly, let it cook until the top makes bubbles and starts to look like it’s cooking. These pancakes will break if you rush it! I cook them on medium, once the butter is gone it’s smooth sailing in my non-stick pan.

I plate each one on top of the other putting around 1/2 tsp of butter between each one. This made 4 regular size and one smaller one for the top. I added 2 tablespoons of Carey’s sugar free maple syrup and I enjoyed!

Servings: 1
Without Toppings:
Calories 363, Carbs 13, Fat 30, Protein 18, Sodium, 350 Fiber 7 = Net Carbs 6

With Toppings:
Calories 531, Carbs 19, Fat 47, Protein 18, Sodium 507, Fiber 8, Sugar Alcohols 5 = 6 Net Carbs

You can subtract both Fiber and Sugar Alcohols from your Carbohydrates to get a Net Carb Total!

These pancakes are the same recipe as the Cream Cheese Pancakes, I just needed an adjustment for a new flavor and this one was PERFECTLY DELICIOUS!!!

That looks really good. And I love that you are using NuNaturals product. I have been using their Vanilla drops for my smoothies. My kids love pancakes. Thanks for sharing!
