Beef & Broccoli Alfredo! #LCHF

Beef & Broccoli Alfredo!

Ingredients:
1.5 lbs ground beef
1 ounce onion diced small
10 ounces of broccoli (frozen)
6 ounces cream cheese
1/3 cup heavy cream
2/3 cup water
1/2 cup parmesan
2 tsp garlic powder, separated
1/8 cup mozzarella
Salt & Pepper to taste

Preheat oven to 350 degrees and prep a baking with non-stick foil or a oil a non-stick pan.

In pan brown the ground beef, onions and seasonings. Drain off fat and in the meantime put broccoli in a microwave safe dish, add a little bit of water just enough to make it steam, cover with cling wrap so it’s sealed up. Nuke for 4 minutes. Put cream cheese in a microwave safe dish and warm enough to easily whisk until smooth and creamy, add heavy cream slowly and until combined thoroughly. Add water the same way slowly and until well mixed and smooth. Add garlic powder and whisk, add parmesan cheese and stir until mixed, set aside.

Mix the broccoli and meat together and pour in pan, then top the meal with the alfredo sauce, it is thick at least mine was, but I dropped it in spoonfuls and it will cover most of the meal. I used a 13×9 glass baking dish so I spread it kinda thin. After that I topped with mozzarella cheese.

Bake for 25 minutes, then put it on broil for 5 minutes.
