Weekly Weigh In!
Well this week hasn’t been as pretty as the last couple before it. I would love to tell you I lost another 7 – 8 pounds but nope! I actually gained 4, but I have lost 1 already. I think I took in too much protein, so fat is what I need. So here is my video update sorry about the audio it sounds messed up. It wont for the next video though.
