Low Carb Chocolate Fat Bomb!
I needed some kind of chocolate fix and well it’s getting around that time of month again. Honestly I crave chocolate lol. So I started looking at all the different fat bomb recipes out there and made my own. This only makes 4 small coins of chocolate. Now in the photos you’ll see four thicker chocolate candies they have blueberry and raspberries in them. They were for my family, mine were chocolate with a pinch of salt on top.
Ingredients:
2 tsp toll house baking cocoa
1 tbsp Tropical Traditions Virgin Coconut Oil
1/3 tsp NuStevia No Carbs Blend
Directions:
1.) place all ingredients into a small bowl, I used a cereal bowl and stir.
2.) Pour into 4 small molds.
3.) Place in freezer for 10 – 20 minutes and boom, Done!
I made some of these for the family and added fruit to theirs.
Remember to subtract any fiber from the carbs for your net carb total.
Servings 4 coins, Serving size 1 coin
31 calories, .25 net carb, 4.25 grams fat, .25 grams protein, 1 gram fiber.
