Daily LCHF Food Journal!

Wooohooo I took in a whole 10 carbs for the day and 0 sugar besides that Stevia.  I have dropped another pound or two as well.  I love this!  Thank you RWL You are the best!

Week 2 of LCHF :) Day 2

Today went by pretty quick honestly I was barely even hungry today.  I didn’t do much because I felt a bit tired and I lounged and relaxed.  I did cook breakfast and wash up some dishes, you know those things cannot be left long. lol Otherwise I cannot cook again later without washing again.  So I just get them done, I just meant I didn’t vacuum and clean up I rested.

I’m hoping to get some new vitamins and some flax seed meal just to make up for the difference and I think I need to get some fiber too.

Other than that today went by pretty good, my mom stopped by and my son showed me an awesome game he created on his computer.  He’s so smart! It has to come from me LOL I’m the smart one as far as computers.  Well I’m off to bed now hope you had a wonderful day!

Here is my breakfast and dinner! It was good and like I said I didn’t even feel that hungry today.

I got to say, alot of your meals look really tasty. I don’t know if I could keep track of all the carbs, fats, calories an all that. Confusing for me. lol. You keep it up girl.

It’s always nice to shed some weight. How did you do that journal tracking down the calories and carbs? I think that is awesome thing to do. Is that an app?

I have tried to do a daily food journal but it just doesn’t work for me. The food here doesn’t even exist on their tables and the calory, etc. counts are pure guess work. But they are fantastic idea for someone in US/Canada.
