Daily Food Journal!
So today I did pretty good. I didn’t take in a ton of carbs, 0 sugars and more fat than anything else. This is what I need to do. I think I may have gotten carried away with the protein for a minute and I’m back on track again, fat equals weight loss! Believe it or not, but eventually you’ll see the difference on my body! I do have before photos that I will not post yet till I drop more weight.
Notice the bottom of my screenshot it says how much I’d weigh? I hope to weigh less than that in 5 weeks, but we’ll see! 🙂
