Daily Food Journal!
I first wanted to say that I have slacked the last two days and I did not add the food journal, but nothing has changed I’m still counting down carbs and making sure to take in 20 grams or less as well as watching to not eat anything with sugar. Other than the dang cream cheese.
Today I did really good and only took in around 15 carbs. It says 10 but I already finished that before I had some of my delicious Low Carb Rich Chocolate Ice Cream. I will post recipe tomorrow when I can take photos of it.
