Low Carb Faux Flatbread or Faux Arepa!

- This is a super simple recipe and delicious!
- 1 egg
- 2 TBSP Almond Flour
- 3 TBSP Parmesan Cheese (the kind in the can)
- 1 TSP Vital Wheat Gluten
- pinch of garlic powder, onion powder, nu-salt and pepper.
- Combine well and then spread on a hot skillet and fry!
- I will do this again and bake them and update this later about how long and so forth.
