Single Serving Cheese Sauce For Meatballs or Faux Noodles!

Delicious White Cheese Sauce, Like Alfredo!

I wanted to make a single serving, because some of us are the only ones in our family who eat this way or you’re just the only one at home! lol 🙂 This Cheese Sauce is super simple too!

Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp whipped cream cheese
  • 2 tbsp HWC
  • about a tsp of garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp italian seasoning
  • 2 tbsp Parmesan (with green lid not fresh)
  • 1 tbsp mozzarella

Directions:

  1. Add butter in a small sauce pan, let it start to melt on low.
  2. Add cream cheese and HWC (heavy whipping cream) and get it mixed up and melting together.
  3. Add seasoning and Parmesan, mix well and let cook for a minute to make sure all the cream cheese has melted.
  4. Add mozzarella cheese stir and put all they up on high for a literally like 10-20 seconds.  Then off! 
  5. Remove from heat and serve over whatever you’re having with it!
