Low Carb Brunch!

Low Carb Brunch! #LCHF #InductionFriendly

I wanted to keep it simple today for my brunch.

Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 oz broccoli
  • 2 oz rotisserie/roasted chicken breast
  • 2 tbsp parmesan cheese
  • Seasonings: sprinkles of garlic and onion powder, pepper and salt

Directions:

  1. Start by melting butter in non-stick frying pan.
  2. Add chopped up broccoli and saute’ for a minute.
  3. Add chopped up chicken breast, stir and allow it to cook up with the broccoli.
  4. Next beat your eggs in a bowl and then pour it over the chicken and broccoli, the butter will be pretty well gone now and the eggs cooked up fast.
  5. Sprinkle with Parmesan and Serve!
