“Faux” Maple Cookies!

"Faux" Maple Cookies! #EggFast #LCHFThis is a super simple recipe!

Ingredients:

  • 4 eggs, separated
  • 1/8 tsp distilled white vinegar
  • 1 & 1/2 tsp maple extract separated
  • liquid sucralose (0 carb)

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 300 and prep pans with either silicone baking mats or non stick reynold’s wrap! This makes over 100 of these little babies!
  2. Put egg whites & vinegar in mixing bowl with whisk attachment. Start mixing
  3. Add 1 tsp maple extract & a squeeze of your favorite 0 carb sweetener
  4. Keep mixing until stiff and almost dry!
  5. Mix egg yolks with 1/2 tsp maple extract and sweetener.
  6. Once yolks are mixed add entire bowl to the whites and fold until well combined.
  7. Put in piping bag and pip out small cookie shapes on your silicone baking mat or non stick foil.
  8. Bake for 15 minutes @ 300 degrees.

These turned out pretty darn good and as you seen in video I didn’t make all of these, but it would probably make well over 100 little fake cookies.
