Cashew Coconut Oil Bears, Yum! 

Cashew Coconut Oil Bears! #LCHFI needed a little snack and fat bomb combo’d together! I know cashew butter isn’t exactly on the low carb list, but hey it’s still nuts and all natural! Plus it’s not that bad as far as carbs go if you use Crazy Richard’s Amazon Store! 

Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp Crazy Richard’s Cashew Butter
  • 3 tbsp Coconut Oil
  •  little sweetener (liquid sucralose)
  •  pinch salt

Directions:

Melt coconut oil and add sweetener, salt & cashew butter, mix well.  Once this is completely mixed use something put the mixture into the mold. I have a little bear mold that makes 50 little bears. That’s about 5 pieces per serving. They’re small and tasty, I love the sweet and salty flavor.  These are delicious!
