My Version of BulletProof Coffee Today, Anyway!
- 1 cup boiling hot coffee (Hazelnut & French Vanilla Grounds Mixed)
- 4 tbsp TheraVita Paradise Organic Coconut Oil
- 2 tbsp Land O Lakes Heavy Whipping Cream
- 1/8 tsp or less of vanilla
- NuSweet Liquid Sucralose Sweetener
- pinch cinnamon
Put Coconut oil in blender with hot coffee ( Coffee really should be boiling hot ). It kinda emulsifies it. Meanwhile take your heavy cream and put in the coffee cup you’re going to use and blend it like I do in my video. If you have to whip in a bowl do that and be sure to add sweetener and pinch of cinnamon to the cream! Whip until it’s nice and all whipped cream! Plop into your cup, be sure to scrape with a Holi In The Kitchen Silicone Spatula and get every drop! Remember 2 tbsp isn’t a lot, so you want it all! LOL 🙂
Next make sure to add your sweetener to the coffee, pulse a few times and pour it over the whipped cream in your coffee cup, you can stir it or sip it with the delicious froth on top. It’s seriously better than anything you get in some store or coffee house! You can do this stuff at home!
I never even drank coffee before Low Carb! Now I love it! Paradise Coconut Oil makes it even better, mainly in my opinion because it doesn’t overwhelm the coffee with it’s coconut flavor. I find other brands that have stronger flavor adds kinda a medicinal taste or diet taste. You DON’T Get that taste with TheraVita Coconut Oil!
