No Cream Cheese? Perhaps that’s my problem, or at least a part thereof? Currently consume 2 oz. a day and have stalled with 15 excess lbs.

I can eat cream cheese, but I don’t eat a lot of it. 2 oz a day probably is okay, I have switched to using whipped it’s less carb LOL 🙂 but ya the older version is much more strict.

I lost 110lb on the old Atkins diet with 5 months and I didn’t work out once. Then I came off it for a year and did it again, lost an additional 40lbs in 35 days but I worked out 5 days a week and used Sundays as my cheat day. After a cheat day, your body gets recharged and you end up burning more weight the following days. It’s a great diet, no matter what anyone says. The key to this diet is being smart after you come off of it and staying healthy and fit wuth either goin for walks or working out. Good luck to anyone giving it a shot.
