Low Carb Rich Chocolate Ice Cream!

Low Carb Rich Chocolate Ice Cream!  This has the optional chocolate chunks

Ingredients:
2 TBSP Butter
2 TBSP Shurfine Bakers Cocoa
2 TBSP Sugar Free Instant Chocolate Pudding
1 Cup Heavy Whipping Cream
1/3 Cup Water
1/2 TBSP NuNaturals Nustevia No Carbs Blend

Optional:
Chocolate Chunks
2 TBSP Butter
2 TBSP Shurfine Bakers Cocoa
1/2 TBSP NuNaturals Nustevia No Carbs Blend

Directions:
Melt butter and mix bakers cocoa and nustevia, mix well. Warm the heavy cream so it doesn’t set the chocolate cause it’s cold. I put the water and the cream in same dish and warmed it. Once it’s warmed, not hot. Add a little bit of the chocolate mixture until it’s well mixed and turns brown. If you have chunks that wont stir in, no worries they’ll make for great little pieces of bitter sweet chocolate. Add your Chocolate pudding powder and stir until combined and freeze.

If you are adding the chocolate chunks let the ice cream set for a few hours, but is still mixable and stir the butter, bakers cocoa and nustevia until well mixed and then drop it in streams if possible into the ice cream stirring it in fast, but not mixing it.  Then place back in freezer till frozen or froze enough for your family.

Makes around 3 servings for us we have 3 in our family so if one of us has ice cream we all do. So if you can remove the entire dish from freezer and place in fridge for a couple hours before serving. I nuked it for like 30 seconds before too.  If you have a single person in the house put the ice cream in to their own dishes and freeze.

This makes a delicious rich chocolaty ice cream, like that rich dark chocolate ice cream you get from 31 Flavors. You’ll love this!

Servings per batch 3, amount per serving a 1/3 of the batch (Approx 3/4 cup).

Yes my darling, you will definitely have to make some for your mama. I will let you know a day or 2 ahead before I come. I will be expecting it. Sounds really good and like it would be really good for me.

Well if you’re not on the LCHF diet then only a little is good for you, you have to be low carbing to do the high fat. People should really read into it. With anything there are risks and there are benefits. Its whomever’s choice to weigh them. 🙂

This looks really delicious-but I think I am better off buying it in a store–less tempted to eat it that way!
