This is an Amazing Cheesy Snack
These cheesy snacks turned out Amazing!
I have seen a lot of recipes around the internet and I decided to take one and change it up a bit. Honestly, I tried the Parmesan Pearls recipe and they were so salty tasting, I could barely eat them. That’s normal with parmesan cheese, but I thought what if I added some mozzarella to them? So, I have a bag of mozzarella that is really large shreds and I decided to bust out the food processor and chop it up pretty fine. That’s important in this recipe, your mozzarella must be finely ground. It will be loose and light.
I also changed the amount of parmesan cheese that the original recipe called for.
They are cheesy and when you break them apart they stretch with cheesy goodness. I was really impressed with how well they turned out.

Cheesy Snacks
- 1/2 c Mozzarella, ground finely
- 3/4 c Parmesan Cheese (the kind in the can)
- 2 Egg whites

Mix all ingredients in a bowl until it becomes pasty.

Make balls and slightly flatten them.

Place them in the freezer after you have made each piece and let them set up for about 30 minutes or more. But 30 minutes should be long enough.

Get the oil of your choice ready and then fry them until golden brown on each side. I did have to give them a flip.

Let them set on paper towel for a few minutes and serve with ranch or marinara sauce! YUM!
