Chicken & Cheese Crackers!
Ingredients:
3/4 c chopped chicken
1/2 c shredded mozzarella
1/4 c Mexican blend cheese
Preheat oven 375 degrees place some non stick foil on a cookie sheet. Put Chicken in food processor and pulse a few times until coarse like crumbs, add cheese and pulse more. You want it to be loose and dry looking, not a mush or pate. spread the mixture over the cookie sheet and spread it thin, there can be small gaps or holes. Bake for 12 minutes and remove from oven. Pull the foil and crackers off the cookie sheet and on to the table, use a pizza slicer and cut into small squares then let cool on a cooling rack till crisp. If your crackers got darker brown in spots that is good, it will help add the crunch besides burnt cheese is delicious. It’s just not totally burnt.

Yes, I pre-cooked it it first it was almost dry like when I processed it. Let it cool 100% before processing.
