I had 6 onions that were going to go bad soon if I didn’t use them up. We don’t eat a lot of onions, but randomly. I love onion soup and thought why not make some onion soup, I love it! YUM! I had only had it from a restaurant before I started making it, Oh, and Campbells I think it was. In the can. It didn’t compare by at all to making it homemade, that’s for sure!
Onion Soup

Ingredients
- 6 med/small onions
- 4 cups beef broth
- 1 cup mushrooms(Optional)
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbsp of kitchen bouquet browning sauce
Instructions
- Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder. I sprinkled to my
- liking.
- Saute onions till beautifully golden brown without
- making them bitter. Add mushrooms cook until they're
- done and add broth mixed with Worcestershire sauce
- and kitchen bouquet browning sauce and cook for 30
- minutes or so on med/low.
