Chocolate Cake Protein Waffles! #LowCarb #LCHF

I wanted to make some low carb waffles for myself. My family loves for me to make them homemade waffles and it really becomes hard for me to not taste or eat one of them. So I decided to figure out something I can eat that is a lot less guilt free! So I hope you guys enjoy these as much as I do! 🙂

Chocolate Cake Protein Waffles!

Low Carb Waffles!

  • 1 large egg
  • 2 tbsp butter (melted)
  • 2 tbsp heavy whipping cream
  • couple drops of liquid sucralose
  • 1 serving size of your favorite protein powder (I used top notch 30 in 30 chocolate cake flavor)
  • 4 tbsp finely ground almond flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp bakers cocoa
  • 1/4 tsp salt (optional)
  1. Start with by adding all dry ingredients to a mixing bowl and whisk them together. Then add all of the wet ingredients and mix until well combined! That simple! Place small amounts in waffle iron and cook according to your waffle maker. I buttered my waffle maker, I would suggest the same thing. Serve with melted butter!
