Delicious Cheese Roll! #LCHF #Delicious #NomNomNom

Yum, Dip, Roll Or Whatever You Choose! 

Delicious Cheese Roll! #LCHF #Delicious #NomNomNom It turned out delicious, I will list the recipe slightly different than what I say in recipe. Only the ranch packet though, it was a bit too salty and then I realized that package was for 16 oz of sour cream I didn’t even have 10 oz of wet ingredients. So that was my first mistake! Other than the saltiness, we killed that cheese roll. I will show you a couple things I did with it.

Remember to find the lowest carb ingredients you can for sour cream and whipped cream cheese, you can use brick cream cheese if you like.  

Ingredients:

  • 4 oz Sour Cream
  • 4.5 oz Whipped Cream Cheese
  • 1/2 c Cheddar, Finely Shredded
  • 1/2 c Mozzarella, Finely Shredded
  • 1.5 tbsp Hidden Valley Ranch Dip/Dressing Mix
  • 2 – 2.5 oz Bacon, Cooked & Chopped Up
  • 2 oz Roasted Pecans, Chopped

Directions:

Put the cream cheese, sour cream and ranch dip into mixer and mix until combined and creamy.  Add remaining ingredients and mix again.   Make one big roll or two smaller ones like I did.

I would say this is about 6 – 8 servings. If 6 servings it’s around 5 carbs if 8 servings then around 4 carbs! The Chips can be made from microwaving pepperoni or you can cut up a piece of Flat Out Bread and fried in coconut oil.
