Working Hard Cleaning the Exterior of our Mobile Home! #HardWork #Cleaning

Working Hard Cleaning the Exterior of our Mobile Home!

I started my day with a BPC as usual, then around 12 I was up roughly 2 hours and decided to tackle the front of the house!  Yes, Me! LOL 🙂

So since these Builders bought the farm, they’re building houses all over the farm now.  There will be no more natural beauty I loved so much.  Since they’re building gorgeous houses, I have been trying to make our place look a little better, which is easier said that done.   There is so much shit out here in the yard that was here before we moved in.

The house is so dirty on the outside I decided to get me a Mr Clean Mop and some extra mop heads, bleach and that wonderful explosive cleaner called The Works! I used the works on the skirting because you require less scrubbing.  I can spray and hose it off.  It’s hard to get down between the ramp and house.

So here are some before and after photos of the work I did yesterday.  It took me like 3 hours to wash the whole front of the house, all by myself! I was able to reach all the way to the gutter.  Thankfully the mop reached that high up! I want to start my garden and really want to get some siding from some where, but those things aren’t happening just yet.

So here are some photos!

I mean I know you can only do so much with a beat up old trailer and not a lot of extra money!  But I’m trying! This old trailer is what we can afford to live in and survive in this day and age.  I wish we could live in one of those big beautiful homes like the ones they’re building.

Thanks for reading and I hope things are coming along well at your house! 🙂

I think it looks really good! We lived in a 32 foot travel trailer for awhile and I used Simple Green to clean it and it works like a charm. Barely any scrubbing required. We used a fresh coat of paint on our skirting too and it helped. You can even get free paint coupons sometimes or try a local Freecycle group for some.

Thanks! I have the two ends to do and quick spray over on the back. The back looks good. LOL figures. the front was a mess. I will try that Simple Green, thanks!
