Super Simple Fudge Pops!

Do you miss ice cream? Fudge pops? Delicious Cool Summertime Treats? Well Here is your answer! Over the next couple weeks I’m going to make some delicious low carb cool summertime treats that will amaze you, especially how low in carbs & practically sugar free! Cream cheese tends to have a carb or two in it, grrrrrrrr!

So for this recipe I made Fudge Pops, they weren’t super, super fudgy, but were perfect for me! So if you don’t like them, well hell, that’s your problem! Right? LOL I’m just being a smarty pants!

What do you need for this recipe?

Ingredients:

  • 4 ounces cream cheese (winn dixie 0 carb)
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream (land o lakes 0 carb)
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder (hershey’s has 1 net carb per tbsp)
  • Sweeten to your liking!

Directions:

First let the cream cheese sit out and soften up so it’s mixable very easy!  Put it in your mixer and start mixing it then scrape it down off sides add sweetener and cocoa powder and mix well.  Add heavy cream and mix on low as it will fly out if you do it on hig! Mix till the batter looks like this!

Then take out your popsicle molds and start filling, this makes 7 mine had only 6 so the hubby  had it with a couple strawberries.

It can get a little mess, I just used my silicone spatula to scrape over the top and remove excess. I also overfilled and had to take a little out of each one.

Then put them in the freezer overnight or for 6 hours roughly.

Just run the mold under a little warm water to release one of them. I was able to run water over specifically just one! 🙂 These turned out delicious and worked for me!

These are approximately a carb a piece with my ingredients and around 16 grams of fat and 1.5 gram protein.
